Danica Noble is a leading anti-monopoly and consumer protection attorney, mom, and community advocate running for the Washington State Legislature in the 32nd District because our District deserves experienced advocates and our families deserve a representative who will fight and win for them.
For nearly 20 years, Danica served as an attorney at the Federal Trade Commission here in Seattle where she has taken on the biggest companies in the world and in this community she has challenged grocery store monopolies driving up food prices, pushed back on Wall Street investors trying to profit off our healthcare, and taken on corporate landlords using pricing algorithms to hike rents. She has spent her career standing up for workers, consumers, and small businesses. She has never backed down.
Danica has a strong record of local civic leadership. A five-year PTA advocate across three Seattle public schools, she has brought parents, students, and translators to Olympia to fight for education funding. She has also testified and presented nationally on AI safety, child protection, and technology policy. She drafted the Washington State PTA’s resolutions on AI and reducing exposure to violence. Danica is in her 10th year as a co-Chair of the Antitrust, Consumer Protection and Unfair Business Practices Section of the Washington State Bar Association with attention to how to strengthen consumer protections and fair business opportunities.
For 10 years Danica led a state-wide, grass-roots social justice organization aimed at raising underrepresented voices into policy spaces and increase first-time civic engagement. Last year, Danica was a fellow at the University of Washington’s Center for Informed Public researching misinformation, democracy, and market failures.
In the Legislature, Danica will fight to lower the cost of living, fully fund public schools, and fight for responsible technology that fosters innovation while protects children online, hold tech companies accountable for harms to children,. She has already begun drafting legislation to do exactly that.
No one in Olympia combines her consumer protection record and AI expertise without being on Big Tech's payroll and decades of enforcing affordability laws. She is ready to change that. Electing Danica helps put experience that matters in our legislature.
